Cyberpunk 2077 drops you into Night City as a mercenary trying to survive a job gone sideways, blending gunplay, hacking, and dialogue-heavy storytelling into one sprawling RPG. How it plays

The relationships you build with other characters and the choices you make along the way steer where the story goes, which gives your specific playthrough a different shape than someone else’s. Since launch, the game has kept adding free content, including a recent update that expands character customization, lets you swap paint jobs on certain vehicles, and improves photo mode, so the version available now is meaningfully more polished than what shipped in 2020.

Who it’s for

If you like RPGs where the choices actually change conversations and outcomes, or you just want to lose a weekend wandering a dense, detailed city, this is built for you.
