About this game
How it plays
Alice and her friends sit down for tea, and then the tea party stops being cute. Some demon has swapped their surroundings for a warped, trap-laden version of it, and the only way out is to think your way out. You take control of Alice and the friends who got pulled in with her, and you work room by room, clicking around to see what the environment is hiding. That’s the whole engine of the game: look closely, pick up what’s useful, figure out what it’s for, and use it on the right lock, panel, or contraption to open the next space. It’s a point-and-click escape room in structure, built around observation and puzzle logic rather than combat or reflexes, and progress comes from connecting clues across a scene rather than reacting fast.
Who it’s for
This is a match for people who genuinely enjoy escape rooms, whether that’s the physical kind with a timer on the wall or the browser point-and-click games that made the genre popular online. If you like picking apart a screen for the one detail that matters, you’ll feel at home. It’s also a reasonable fit for anyone who wants something low-intensity to unwind with, since there’s no fail-state pressure implied by the description, just rooms to work through at your own pace. If you need action, exploration in a big open space, or a story with real weight behind it, this probably isn’t going to scratch that itch. Puzzle fatigue is also worth considering: if clicking through inventory-style hint hunting wears on you after an hour, pace yourself rather than marathon it.
Is it worth it?
Escape-room style adventures like this tend to live or die on how satisfying the puzzles feel to solve, and that’s the part no one can tell you from a store page, you have to click through a room or two yourself. What we can say is that this is a small, focused indie built around one clear idea rather than a sprawling production, so go in expecting a tight, puzzle-first experience instead of a lengthy epic. That kind of game is exactly the type you don’t want to pay full attention (or full price) for on a whim. It’s a natural pickup during a sale, when the cost of trying it drops low enough that the puzzles just need to be decent, not extraordinary, for it to feel like a good use of an afternoon.
