Vermintide drops you and three friends into Ubersreik, a Warhammer Fantasy city that’s been overrun by the Skaven, a horde of scheming, vicious rat-men bent on wiping the place off the map. Weapons range from swords and axes to bows, guns, and magic staves, so your hero’s loadout genuinely changes how a fight feels. Finish a mission and you roll loot dice for gear, and pulling off optional objectives during the run improves what those dice can give you. If your friend group is short a player, AI bots fill in, and the drop-in, drop-out structure means you’re never stuck waiting around for a full squad.

This is built for people who like their co-op combat physical and a little chaotic, the kind of game where you’re watching your teammates’ backs as much as your own.
