About this game

Funko Fusion takes the idea of a licensed crossover game and cranks it up to an absurd degree, dropping vinyl-figure versions of characters from horror movies, sci-fi shows, and cult favorites into one big third-person action romp. It’s less about any single story and more about the novelty of watching Chucky, a Jurassic World raptor handler, and a Battlestar Galactica pilot exist in the same universe, all rendered in that blocky Funko Pop head-and-body style.

How it plays

At its heart this is a third-person action-adventure built around fighting through levels themed after specific movies and shows, from JAWS to The Thing to Five Nights at Freddy’s. You’ll mix melee hits and ranged attacks, lean on character-specific gadgets and abilities, and poke around each stage for collectibles and hidden nods to the source material. With more than 60 playable characters spread across upwards of twenty franchises, switching who you’re controlling changes how a level plays, since each figure handles combat and puzzles a little differently.
